I am the Director of Admissions and Marketing for Allen Community College. I graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology with a minor in sociology. I am currently working on a Master's Degree in Academic Advising Administration from Kansas State University.

I am a former Allen Red Devil, graduated from Allen in 2004 with my Associates in Science while playing two years of volleyball for the college.  Then transferred to Avila University in Kansas City, MO where I continued to play volleyball and graduated in May of 2006 with my Bachelors of Science in Business Administration.

ITEM(S) NO COLLEGE STUDENT SHOULD BE WITHOUT
A mini-fridge and a life time supply of water bottles.  It is amazing the amount of water bottles that I went through when I was a student/athlete.  Also, make sure you have a camera because you will take pictures of moments that you never want to forget!

HOBBIES/INTEREST
I have a few hobbies and activities that interest me such as coaching and playing volleyball, singing karaoke, being with all my family and friends, and crafts.  I also love the out doors and meeting new people!

About Me
I am a former graduate of Allen Community College. I graduated in 2005 with an Associates of Arts degree and then went on to Pittsburg State University where I completed a Bachelors of Science in Recreation Emphasis in Therapeutic Recreation and a Minor in Psychology in 2007. I was a member of the Allen Firestarters from 2003-2005. I am currently the head coach for Cheer and Dance and an Admissions Counselor.

I have tons of hobbies I am an avid golfer and am up for 18 holes anytime. I also enjoy dancing, basketball, hiking/biking, wake boarding, working out, and walking my dog. I am highly active and love anything that involves the outdoors. I also love just being with my family and friends.
