The Form Builder by default places sections and questions on a form in the order in which you create the questions. If you want the questions to be displayed in a different order, you should rearrange the questions. You can also move a question to a different section within the form.
To reorder questions on a form:
If you do not have a form open for editing, open it, as described in Opening a form for editing.
Locate the section whose questions you want to re-order.
Click Move & reorder questions.
The system displays a screen that lists every question in the section.
To reorder questions, use the text boxes in the Order column to specify the order in which you want the questions to appear, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Reorder.
To move questions, select the questions you want to move using the checkboxes to the left of the question labels, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and use the “Move selected to:” drop-down list to choose the section to which you want to move these questions. Click Move Questions.
When finished making all the necessary changes, click Done reordering to go back to the Form Builder: Name of your form screen.
