To view your 1098-T for 2025

Go to https://heartland.ecsi.net/index.main.html#/access/lookup
Type "Allen" into the school lookup and select "Allen County Community College" - Click "Submit"
Fill in your Name, Social Security Number, and ZIP code.
Check "I'm not a robot" then click "Continue"
You should see something like 1098T Statement Status: Delivered () +
Click on the + symbol
